Vape Gate UAE announce for availability for shipping Vape Items to KSA as per below conditions:
- All orders are subject to be charged with Customs Duty & selective tax for all items as per rules and regulation of KSA customs.
- In Some Cases and based on KSA Customs Department Request, National ID shall be provided Direct to Customs or by sending it to our customer WhatsApp No. +971545817097 to facilities send it to the customs
- Please ensure limit per person is followed as per KSA customs regulation. Any additional quantities exceeds personal limits will be under customer responsibility.
- All KSA Payment shall be paid online , Cash on Delivery (COD) method is not applicable for KSA orders.
- Vape Gate UAE will not bear any responsibility towards Vape items once handed over to KSA Customs Department, it is understood that customer will take all risks if the shipment delayed or seized by KSA Customs for any reason.
- Order Refund are not applicable under any condition
International Shipping Terms:
The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, fees, or charges imposed by the destination country. If the customer fails, delays, or refuses to pay any applicable charges, the store shall not be liable to refund the order value or provide compensation. The store’s responsibility ends once the shipment reaches the customs authority in the customer’s country. If no refund or cancellation request is submitted within 2 hours from the order time, the customer shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and condition

- الشحنات في حال تجاوز الكميات المسموحة بها لكل 3 اشهر
- تقبل الطلبات المدفوعة من خلال البطاقة البنكية ، الدفع النقدي عند الاستلام غير متاح للطلبات الدوليه
- موقع فيب جيت الامارات لا يتحمل اي مسؤولية عن الطلب بعد مغادرة الشحنة لدوله الامارات عن طريق شركه الشحن الدولي ، في حال تأخر الشحنة او مصادرتها من قبل الجمارك السعودية تعد مسؤوليه
- المشتري متابعة تخليص الشحنة بحسب الاجراءات المتبعة او تحمل مسؤوليه إتلاف أو مصادرة الشحنة
- الإسترداد النقدي غير متوفر تحت أي ظرف للطلبات بعد مغادره الطلب دوله الامارات العربية المتحدة
: شروط الشحن الدولي
يتحمل العميل كامل مسؤولية سداد أي ضرائب أو رسوم جمركية أو مصاريف تفرضها الجهات المختصة في بلد الاستلام. وفي حال عدم السداد لأي سبب، بما في ذلك الرفض أو التأخير، لا يلتزم المتجر بإرجاع قيمة الطلب أو تقديم أي تعويض. وتنتهي مسؤولية المتجر عن الشحنة عند وصولها إلى جمارك بلد العميل. وفي حال عدم تقديم طلب استرداد أو إلغاء خلال ساعتين من وقت الطلب، يُعد ذلك موافقة من العميل على هذه الشروط والأحكام.
